Eric Nelson is a representative of the highly experienced and quality coaches we have at Wisconsin Academy. One of the top coaches in our area and state, Coach Nelson is helping our program rise to new levels. The coach at Madison LaFollette for over 12 years in the 90's, Nelson guided a highly successful program that culminated in a state championship in 2002. Nelson is now the girls varsity coach at Monona Grove HS which is a program to watch in years to come. As a player, Nelson was an excellent point guard that played at Madison East, MATC, and Edgewood College. Nelson is in the Hall of Fame at MATC and Edgewood College. A a professional, Coach Nelson works as a math teacher and department chairperson of mathematics at Madison LaFollette High School. Nelson also has a Master's Degree in Educational Administration and a passion for leadership. Most importantly, Nelson is committed to developing quality young people and players and has done so for his entire adult life. |
